The Plastic and Reconstructive Trauma Surgery team provides round-the-clock 24-hour emergency medical care serving as a crucial safeguard for trauma patients.
Each year, the trauma team performs over 200 cases of digit and limb replantation, 300 cases of microsurgical reconstruction, 300 cases of facial fracture and reconstruction, and hundreds of diabetic foot reconstructions. Attending physicians are highly specialized, with expertise spanning reconstruction from head to toe. Biweekly trauma case discussions are held to thoroughly analyze and review each emergency trauma case, fostering collaborative insights to deliver optimal team-based treatment.
