Clinical evaluation is performed in the Natural Head Position, following a seven-point global assessment of soft tissues, skeletal harmony, and joint health. Detailed surgical planning hinges on eight quantitative decisions concerning jaw orientation (yaw, roll, pitch), incisor positioning, and chin morphology.
